Soon, it was time to board the plane to Chicago O'Hare International Airport. So Exciting, key key thought.
He started imagining himself in the sky as a space monkey wannabe~

Soon, he started with Big Key to the gate..
After a super long flight across the frightening Pacific Ocean (Keykey scared of water and don't like to bathe!), he reached Chicago O'hare Airport.
The size of the airport is comparable to the Singapore airport and need transfers around the different terminals. There were quite a lot of people around which made keykey feel at ease.

What a nice day it is~ Perfect for keykey to swing around the trees.
Along the way, key key saw something scary!
A dinosaur! Keykey tried to be friendly and talked to him but he didn't reply.
After which, Big key went to check out the timing for the next flight to New Orleans and realised that it was at least 4 hrs away! Time to nap!
Key key and Big key decided to go and find the gate before napping there. So off they went.

Next, keykey went through this underground tunnel which looked so quirky. Made keykey thought of being a spacemonkey again!
Reaching the gate, it was soon both big key and keykey dozed off, hugging the haversack tightly. Halfway through the sleep, Lady key called from Singapore! Big key spoke in his half awaken voice while keykey remained asleep. Nice to hear lady key's voice.
Somehow, when awoken from his sleep, Big key felt very cold. Too bad he only have a thin cotton cardigan (which Lady Key said is GAY! =( ) with him.
Looking out at the sky, it was no longer blue. But a weird colour.
Sensing cold with not enough clothing, Big key decided to go and get some dinner to warm himself up. Keykey, on the other hand, sensing food in Big Key's thoughts, woke up!
Roaming around, Big key decided he should try something local or psuedo local. In the end, he decided on the Chicago's buttercrust pizza!

The pizza! Looks a bit small but enough for 1 person. The meatball like structures are supposedly the sausages. I keep having the though of long hotdogs as sausages.
The buttercrust. It was a bit dried but tasted rather different. Not like those cheesy crust in Pizza Hut in Singapore but more of a dry and pastry texture

Looking at Big key eating almost the whole pizza, keykey hurriedly ran onto the pizza and claimed that the rest is his! (look at his worried look)
In the end, they shared the pizza and ran for the next flight~
After another short flight, they finally reached New Orleans - Louis Armstong New Orleans International Airport! Total flight time of almost 30 hrs from Singapore to New Orleans, birthplace of jazz.
