keykey travels round the world: Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur Trip 2010 Day 1

Keykey went to Malaysia last December but didn't have time to post! Was too busy collecting angbaos for CNY!

During Dec, Big Key and Lady Key went for a 3D2N rendenzous in KL. Little did they know, Keykey managed to sneak along!

Lady Key wanted to stay at Boulevard Hotel so we bought tickets from WTS Travel as they have coaches going there direct. Somehow, I do not know of any other Singapore Travel agencies with coaches going there direct. Most drop off nearer to the golden triangle area. Anyway the tickets were bought during the NATAS fair and only cost less than $50 per person for return! So cheap! There was a promotion going on i think.

Personally, BK was not too interested in that area as he preferred the golden triangle area with more street food and shopping. But Lady Key said Midvalley has lots of shopping too and can go cinema inside. Jump straight to conclusion. Lady Key was right. hahaaa. More convenient.

On the day of departure, the trios went to Hotel Grand Central (Orchard) to board the WTS bus at 8am. BK first went up to the second flr office to change for the voucher before boarding the bus right behind the hotel.

We were given the first row sets on the second floor. The seats were very big and there is still an entertainment screen with it. The only bad thing is... the seat belts of the front row seats are spoilt! So scary.

"I brought purple along too! See, so worth it. we 2 join you 2, but don't need to buy extra tickets!"

In no time, we reach the customs but there is a great jam ahead!

Finally, clearing customs, we are officially in Malaysia. Keykey wanted to watch TeeWeee~~ (TeeWee can change channel but cannot rewind or fast forward.

Soon, we reached the Yong Peng pitstop. Normally, Big key goes to the other Yong Peng pitstop, the one with the fountain but this time around, we ended at the one a bit further.
